Refund policy
I am happy to accept exchanges or returns for store credit, with the following exceptions. All returned items will be refunded as a store credit.
○ Items must be undamaged, in their original, unworn condition
○ Sale items, customized items, custom designs, international orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
○ Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be guided through the return process. Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us of any issues within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at hello@emmabrookejewelry.com.
