Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Portland, OR with a typical processing time of 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless specified on the product page. You will receive an email notification with online tracking information when your order is on its way.
While I strive to get every piece completed and shipped quickly, I am one human running a small business, and do occasionally run into delays or supply chain issues. I will do my best to communicate any delays via email. Thank you for your support and your patience!

DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Domestic orders ship for $6 within the US, via USPS. USPS states, but does not guarantee, 2-8 days for delivery.
- I offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $250.
- Domestic rush delivery is available for $28 via USPS Priority Express. USPS states, but does not guarantee, 1-2 days for delivery.
- SALES TAX NOTICE: Please be aware that customers are responsible for remitting their state's use tax on online purchases that do not collect sales tax. Emma Brooke Jewelry does not currently collect or remit sales tax for your state. For more information, please visit your state's Department of Revenue website.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International shipping orders are calculated at checkout via UPS.
- Depending on local laws, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
Please ensure that your order information and address is correct. I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If your order is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address, I will attempt to reach you via email. If you do not respond within 60 days, your order will be cancelled and not refunded.
